PayPal Payment
1. Log in your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2. Enter your Card Details; the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, please check it is correct, then click Submit.
3. Your Payment will be processed, and a receipt will be emailed to you.

Credit Card / Bankcard Payment
We accept PayPal ,Visa Cards and Mastercards etc.
1. Choose your shipping address or create a new one.
2. Choose Credit or Debit Card payment.
3. Enter your Card Details.
4. Click 'Pay, ' and your payment will be processed. Any updates to the order will be sent to your email inbox.
Transactions under Review
Very few transactions will need to be reviewed. It will be done in 1 business day. You will be notified via email of any updates, or you can just check the user center for the real-time order status.
NOTE: Credit cards can only be tried 10 times per hour, if you have made many failed attempts, the credit card will be locked for one hour. NGT Online never saves your card number and detail information.
We want to remind all customers that they are responsible for all local handling fees and intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm the total payment amount with their local bank.
Shipping and TAX
Import duties, taxes and charges at local Buyer's country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges shall be the buyer's responsibility.
Kindly check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order with us.

What carriers does NGT ONLINE use to ship their orders?
NGT ONLINE orders ship out via FedEx, UPS, or USPS from USA. NGT ONLINE may use other shipping couriers at its own discretion.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We on NGT ONLINE always want you in the loop. Tracking information will automatically be sent to your email once your order has shipped, and updates will be emailed to you as well.
If a product isn’t available for 1- or 2-day shipping, how long will delivery take?
Depending on your location in relation to the warehouse, product stock, and whether you ordered before the 11AM EST cut-off, it will take between 3-12 business days within the USA Mainland, . up to 24 business days outside USA the mainland, and up 30 business days for all other international shipping from USA.
